Adaptation and support materials developed by iTheatrics under supervision of Timothy Allen McDonald. Bye Bye Birdie: Youth Edition follows rock and roll idol Conrad Birdie as he is drafted into the army, leading to a publicity stunt where he will give a farewell kiss to a lucky fan in Sweet Apple, Ohio. The production is designed to be fun and energetic, with a focus on music, humor, and celebrating youthful energy.
